Transmittal Checklist

Once the initial application has received site approval an Engineering Transmittal (ET) is prepared..

• Original Signed Application w/Photo
• Cross Section
• Soil Verification Statement
• Site Plan
• Construction Schedule
• Appropriate Sealed Prints

Soil Verification

• This sealed document evidences that the contractor has performed the appropriate soil investigation and that same is suitable for the proposed structure.

• Both site application and blueprint number are listed on the application.
  

Site Plan

• A site plan showing the location of the proposed construction and staging areas of cranes is also included.

• This information also includes the clear distance of any crane to the rail and pick specifications.

Construction Schedule

• This document outlines the construction itinerary.

• It provides the day each activity will be conducted as well as expected duration.
